| We are creating a project entitled “Vaccine Management Econsystem”. Basically it is created to manage the distribution and approval process of vaccines at various levels of health department for vaccines. It is also used for maintain inventory view at various levels.
Under Vaccine Management Econsystem following sub modules are created:

Details for above modules are as follows:
Vaccine Catalog Module:
In Vaccine Catalog Module, all information about the vaccine details and description is maintained.
In this module, department handling the maintenance of vaccine catalog logins. Then vaccines details can be viewed. Vaccine details can be added, updated, deleted and searched.
Disease Catalog Module:
In Vaccine Catalog Module, all information about the disease and vaccine for the disease is maintained.
In this module, department handling the maintenance of disease catalog logins. Then disease and its relevant vaccine details can be viewed. Disease catalog details can be added, updated, deleted and searched.
Configuration Management:
In Vaccine Management System, many departments are present such as clinics, hospitals, distributors, center for disease control, public health department, provider, distribution center etc… Every enterprise (department) logins first after that, department performs work according to their department forms. If any department is not registered, then that department goes to the configuration management form, select the department and fill their information in to that form that information can be save, search, update, delete and reset.
Vaccine Ordering Module:
In this module all the details about vaccines that are placed in order by vaccination hospital/clinics are maintained. Also requisition is prepared to place the demand for vaccines.
This module contains following items:

§ Organization In charge details
§ Vaccine selection
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise details are shown in enterprise tab which includes the id and name of the enterprise. Enterprise has organizations in charge of different responsibilities. So organization in charge details tabs shows details of organization and their assigned responsibilities. Vaccine selection tab is useful for placing the demands for vaccines in order list. Every enterprise maintains its person directory. In Person directory, enterprise can search about the person working for the particular enterprise and it can add, update, delete, view person from it also. Notification panel is used to send notification indicating about the status of project. Even notifications are received from lower levels departments.
Provider Module:
In this module all the details about order of vaccines is maintained. This module consists of following items:
§ Enterprise details
§ Organization In charge details
§ Prepare order details
§ Billing details
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise and organization in charge details are displayed in their respective tabs. Prepare order details tab is useful to maintains and prepare vaccine order from vaccine requisition which further passed for approval.
Prepare order consists of following subparts:
§ Validation of registered sites.
§ Provider contract management
§ Prepare order
In the validation of registered site panel, provider enterprise checks whether the ordering site is registered or not. If it is registered then only order is prepared and passed for approval.
Provider contract management tracks about the delivery date asked by site and delivery date to which the provider agrees.
Prepare order maintains the order preparation according to the order list and specified delivery date in contract management.
Now, the billing details tab contains information about the bills for provider. These bills are maintained by national distributor for the provider. In Person directory, enterprise can search about the person working for the particular enterprise and it can add, update, delete, view person from it also. Notification panel is used to send notification indicating about the status of project. Even notifications are received from lower levels departments.
Public Health Department Module:
In this module, information about the processing and order approval at the public health department level is maintained. Public health departments are responsible for reviewing and approving site requests for vaccine. It contains following items:

§ Organization In charge details
§ Provider request view
§ Registered sites details
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise and organization in charge details are displayed in their respective tabs.
Provider request view tab displays information about the request order from the providers. Before viewing the providers request order, previous bill status of specific provider is checked.
Registered site details contain information about the sites registered. Registered sites can be search, view, add, update, delete.
In Person directory, enterprise can search about the person working for the particular enterprise and it can add, update, delete, view person from it also. Notification panel is used to send notification indicating about the status of project. Even notifications are received from lower levels departments.
Center For Disease Control Module:
In center for disease control module ,details about the approval of order at this module is maintained. Receive vaccine orders from individual state Public Health Department (PHD) for vaccine. Orders are approved by CDC according to state allocation and passed on to national distributor for shipping directly to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, etc (referred to as sites). It contains following items:

§ PHD approved orders
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise and organization in charge details are displayed in their respective tabs. Orders approved by the PHD are shown in the PHD approved order tab then according to state allocation CDC approves the vaccines doses.
In Person directory, enterprise can search about the person working for the particular enterprise and it can add, update, delete, view person from it also. Notification panel is used to send notification indicating about the status of project. Even notifications are received from lower levels departments.
National Distributor Module:
This module maintains information related to order which are approved by CDC and send for shipping.
It contains following items:

§ Organization In charge details
§ CDC approved orders
§ Billing for provider
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise and organization in charge details are displayed in their respective tabs. Orders approved by the CDC are shown in the view order tab.
Orders approved by CDC according state vaccine allocation quantity can be seen in CDC approved orders tab. National distributor also maintains information about the billing for the provider.
In Person directory, enterprise can search about the person working for the particular enterprise and it can add, update, delete, view person from it also. Notification panel is used to send notification indicating about the status of project. Even notifications are received from lower levels departments.
Distribution Center Module:
Distribution center module maintains the information about the vaccines which is to be dispatched. It also maintains details about the orderer’s details and the shipping details.
It contains following items:

§ Organization In charge details
§ Order list for shipping
§ Person directory
§ Notification
Enterprise and organization in charge details are displayed in their respective tabs. Orders approved by the CDC are shown in the view order tab.
Order list for shipping tab consists of order which is send by the national distributor for shipping.
